This time, with the cooperation of the renowned VC Samurai Incubate, we have invited six LP companies and CVCs (Terada Warehouse, Marui, Seino Holdings, Mitsubishi Estate, AirCloset, and f4samurai) to speak at the event. This exclusive seminar for CVCs and business companies will dive into the real and behind-the-scenes stories of collaboration and LP investments, highlighting the failures and innovations that have shaped their success.

"Large Corporations x Startups: The Mutual Impact of Long-Term Collaboration"
We will hear from representatives of AirCloset, which achieved an IPO in July 2022, supported by Terada Warehouse, and f4samurai, which grew significantly after a capital partnership with Sega Sammy in 2012. These two companies will share the behind-the-scenes challenges, mutual changes, business impacts, and key points that led to a successful M&A during their long-term collaborations of over seven years.

"How to Leverage 'LP Investment' in CVC Activities?"
Samurai Incubate’s Mr. Sakakibara, who has been at the forefront of the VC and startup investment industry for many years, will moderate a session with three companies actively pursuing distinctive CVC activities. They will discuss the role and positioning of LP investments in CVC activities, and share honest insights on the successes, failures, and impacts of these investments in a candid talk session.
