These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set out the terms and conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by FIRST CVC Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") on this website. Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to comply with these Terms when using the Service.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company related to the use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms, the Company may set specific rules for use (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). Regardless of their name, these Individual Regulations are considered a part of these Terms.
If the provisions of these Terms contradict the provisions of Individual Regulations, the provisions of Individual Regulations shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Article 2 (Registration)
For the Service, the registration request will be completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms and applies for registration through the method specified by the Company, and the Company approves the registration.
The Company may refuse to approve a registration request if it deems that the applicant has the following circumstances, without disclosing the reason:

• False information was provided during the registration process.
• The applicant has previously violated these Terms.
• Any other reason the Company deems the registration inappropriate.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users are responsible for appropriately managing their User ID and password.
Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with any third party.
The Company will consider the use of the User ID and password as being by the registered User if the login credentials match the registered information.
The Company is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the User ID and password by a third party unless the Company is at fault or grossly negligent.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
Users must pay the usage fees for the paid portion of the Service, as specified separately by the Company and displayed on the website, using the payment method designated by the Company.
If the User delays payment, they must pay a late fee of 14.6% per annum.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following actions while using the Service:

• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Criminal activities or activities related to them.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, of the Company or other users.
• Destruction or disruption of the Company's or other users' servers or networks.
• Commercial use of information obtained from the Service.
• Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Company’s service.
• Unauthorized access or attempts to do so.
• Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
• Using the Service for fraudulent purposes.
• Causing inconvenience, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties.
• Impersonating another user.
• Advertising, solicitation, or sales activities not authorized by the Company.
• Actions intended for meeting strangers of the opposite sex.
• Direct or indirect provision of benefits to antisocial forces.
• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User in the following cases:

• When maintenance or updates of the computer system related to the Service are performed.
• When it is difficult to provide the Service due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, etc.
• When the computer or communication lines are interrupted due to an accident.
• In any other case the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service.
  The Company is not responsible for any disadvantage or damage caused to Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Registration Deletion)
If a User falls under any of the following categories, the Company may restrict or delete the User's registration or restrict the use of the Service without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery of false information in the registration details.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Failure to respond to communications from the Company within a reasonable period.
• No use of the Service for a certain period.
• Any other case the Company deems inappropriate.
  The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the User due to actions taken under this Article.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)
Users can withdraw from the Service by following the procedures specified by the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimers and Exemptions)
The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects (e.g., security issues, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, compatibility with a particular purpose, errors, bugs, or infringements).
The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
However, if the contract between the Company and the User regarding the Service is a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption clause does not apply.
The Company is not responsible for any disputes or damages arising between the User and other users or third parties.

Article 10 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change, add, or discontinue parts of the Service with prior notice to the Users. Users agree to these changes.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms without obtaining the individual consent of the Users in the following cases:

• When the change aligns with the general interest of the Users.
• When the change is reasonable, considering the necessity of the change and the circumstances surrounding it.
  The Company will notify Users of the changes and their effective date.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company will handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company’s "Privacy Policy."

Article 13 (Notifications or Communication)
Notifications or communications between the User and the Company will be conducted according to the method specified by the Company. If the User does not update their contact details according to the specified procedure, the Company will consider the registered contact details as valid.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms is governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office will have exclusive jurisdiction.
