These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set out the terms and conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by FIRST CVC Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") on this website. Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to comply with these Terms when using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company related to the use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms, the Company may set specific rules for use (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). Regardless of their name, these Individual Regulations are considered a part of these Terms.
If the provisions of these Terms contradict the provisions of Individual Regulations, the provisions of Individual Regulations shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.
Article 2 (Registration)
For the Service, the registration request will be completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms and applies for registration through the method specified by the Company, and the Company approves the registration.
The Company may refuse to approve a registration request if it deems that the applicant has the following circumstances, without disclosing the reason:
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users are responsible for appropriately managing their User ID and password.
Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with any third party.
The Company will consider the use of the User ID and password as being by the registered User if the login credentials match the registered information.
The Company is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the User ID and password by a third party unless the Company is at fault or grossly negligent.
Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
Users must pay the usage fees for the paid portion of the Service, as specified separately by the Company and displayed on the website, using the payment method designated by the Company.
If the User delays payment, they must pay a late fee of 14.6% per annum.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following actions while using the Service:

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User in the following cases:
Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Registration Deletion)
If a User falls under any of the following categories, the Company may restrict or delete the User's registration or restrict the use of the Service without prior notice:
Article 8 (Withdrawal)
Users can withdraw from the Service by following the procedures specified by the Company.
Article 9 (Disclaimers and Exemptions)
The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects (e.g., security issues, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, compatibility with a particular purpose, errors, bugs, or infringements).
The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
However, if the contract between the Company and the User regarding the Service is a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption clause does not apply.
The Company is not responsible for any disputes or damages arising between the User and other users or third parties.
Article 10 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change, add, or discontinue parts of the Service with prior notice to the Users. Users agree to these changes.
Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms without obtaining the individual consent of the Users in the following cases:

The Company will handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company’s "Privacy Policy."
Article 13 (Notifications or Communication)
Notifications or communications between the User and the Company will be conducted according to the method specified by the Company. If the User does not update their contact details according to the specified procedure, the Company will consider the registered contact details as valid.
Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms is governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office will have exclusive jurisdiction.
